She was black and white

Medium sized

Energetic and kind

Reminded me of a family member

We went to the beach and she would catch sand in her mouth

She would also try to eat the little green particles in the dirty water

She loved cuddling up next to you by the warm fire

Especially after being outside and playing catch with the snow

Lassie was her name

Our first dog

I came home one day and she was gone

Someone had stolen her

Not even being able to say goodbye
