How Did You Do It? By Sarina Goos
How did you do it?
Nails pounded in your hands and thorns placed on your head.
You were mocked and beaten like an animal.
Placed to die on a cross.
A death that no one deserves.
You did it not only for me my family my community or my country.
You did it for each and every one of us.
Not because we deserved it but because you loved us.
You remained humble and did not stumble and lose your faith in God.
Jesus, how did you do it? |
