Boom

Webster
You hear a boom
And then a thud
You go around the corner.
You see a crowd.
You go to see
A man
With a bullet wound
He’s been shot.
Get the paramedics someone yells.
Go to his funeral
It is very sad
The coffin sinks six feet under.
And I can’t help thinking
How many people
has this person who shot
this man hurt?
Because I know
he wasn’t the only one.
