Water By Dillan M. The water is like a whisper, twisting beyond the heights of the clouds It’s like a wave of lighting spiraling down to earth It can be very beautiful and majestic, or really destructive Water resembles a mirror, reflecting back images in a mysterious way Showing the graceful, yet peaceful sky from above Maybe it’ll get disrupted by the winds of a passing storm Who knows It always gets pleasant again The splash of a fish awakens the silence within the waters depths It ends up stirring the sand to make the water dark and murky Maybe on accident It goes on wandering through the darkness looking for an easy meal Warding off predators Water is the source of all life and energy. |
