Looking down at the water beneath

Fresh, almost took a drink

But the boat took off

Gripping the rope tightly

With the bright warm sun

Blocking my eyes

Leaning from side to side

Trying to stay on

Looking at my friends in the boat

Starting to laugh, I waved

Tipping off into the warm water

Realizing I let go.
