Tremble is what my body did when I heard the news,

Dark is how the day felt.

Rush to the hospital to see what's up.

Mourning is what everyone did.

Yelling is what everyone felt like doing.

Doze off and on, but couldn't sleep.

Apron is what Grandma wore in the kitchen.

Desert is what she made.

Money is what was in some cards.

Sleep is what everyone is getting now.
