Snowmobiling

I couldn't get enough
of it.
It was the one thing
I loved most about
winter.
It may have been thirty degrees below zero,
our hair may have been
frozen,
our whole bodies may
have been numb,
there may have been
white icicles
freezing our eyes
shut,
our cheeks may have
been frostbit,
snow may have slid up
our coats
as we fell off the
sled,
we may have choked on
the exhaust,
we may have had
unbearably runny red noses, but that didn't stop us from going snowmobiling.
