It pulls me from the harsh reality

of the world,

and brings me to a peaceful paradise.

No worries,

no burdens,

just the notes flowing together like a small stream

down a mountain side,

each note expressing

it's own individual significance.

The rhythm is as steady as a heartbeat.

When I hear the music,

I can't help but smile.

It's a gift from God.
