Going to camp

Created many memories, My friends and I

Took off for

That muggy Missouri state,

Meeting new friends

And wanting to swim,

Bible studies followed by

Painting houses,

Mowing lawns.

This mission trip

Would be conquered,

One more day

We would go home,

Hanging our heads

We bid adieu

To great friends

So far away from home

As we load the bus

Like snails,

Watching the gravel road

Behind us,

Saying goodbye

To what now,

Is a memory.
