Cramped spaces,

Moving animals,

Hugs and kisses,

Frightening feelings,

Wondering about the future,

Missing the past,

Walking through my home one last time,

Missing the flooring,

Already,

Telling everything good-bye,

Missing the barn-yard,

Already,

Missing the trees,

Already,

Missing the land and water,

Already,

Remembering picnics on the ruff,

Remembering holidays, birthdays and baptisms,

Remembering it all,

Soaking it all in,

Reaping every memory from it,

Remembering every stick,

Every wood plank,

Every nail,

Every inch of my home and my past.
