Afternoon at the Lake

It would be in the afternoon

We would get in the boat

For fishing in Big Wood Lake .

First we would go slow

Then faster and faster until

The tip of the boat

Would go up

Then down.  The wind would blow

In my face.  We would se

An island.  We would go

A little farther.  Then

We would stop and get out

Fishing poles and fish
