Feel How it Feels

I wish I was a cat 

to see how it feels

to get on fences.

I wish I was a dog

to see how it feels

to play fetch.

I wish I was a hamster

to see how it feels

to live in a cage.

I wish I was bird

to see how it feels

to fly.

I wish I was a butterfly

to see how it feels

to drink pollen from a flower.

But I am a girl

which feels pretty

good.
