Turtle

My shell is heavy, like its my backpack

filled with homework.

I look around to see if people are

watching me.

I like to hide inside my shell 

so I won't be seen.

I like being in the dark

because it's quiet.

I like the quiet because I'm calm

with it's quiet.

I hide from people

because I'm scared.

I'm scared because they are big and I am

a turtle hiding in my shell.
