At Midnight

At midnight

the water growing a 

metallic blue

the stream flows slowly

at midnight

water sizzles up from the

deep metallic blue

its dark everywhere but

the stream glows bright.

If you stare intently for a long 

long time, you can hear silent

smooth and beautiful

music

at midnight

soft and silent small raindrops

sizzle down.  The small splashes

are very faint.  Plop, plop, plop

at midnight.
